Let Others Bless You

The holidays are an awesome time to celebrate the birth of Jesus.  It is a time of joy and that's exactly what we want you to experience!

This season can also present a lot of stress, especially for parents who are trying to provide for their kids.  This Christmas we want to pair people with the means to bless up with those who could use a blessing.  If you're in need of a blessing, glance over the following statements to see if you agree and let's move forward!

How It Works

Families in need of a little help will sign up their kids for blessing assistance.  As givers sign up to bless others, we will e-mail out a virtual Christmas Blessing Tree list containing an anonymous list of those in need.  Each child will have...
  • A pseudonym to protect their privacy (if multiple children are in the same household, that will be indicated).
  • Basic information like age and gender.
  • At least one item identified that the child needs.
  • At least one item identified that the child wants.

Letting Others Bless Me

Pick-up windows will be on Friday, December 18th (PM) and Saturday, December 19th (AM).

If you can not come by the church during either of these two windows, please contact the church BEFORE the listed dates to make other arrangements.  Due to volunteer limitations and safety, we can not guarantee that gifts can be delivered.  If gifts are not claimed by the stated pick-up windows, and contact has not been made with the registered recipient, we may need to reallocate donated items to other individuals in need.

We will perform drop-off and pick-up at our Hub location at 144 E. Broaddus Ave, Bowling Green.

Agreements

Just three quick questions.

Ok, lets get your info.
Now for your kids.
Now we want you to tell us at least one thing your child WANTS and at least one thing your child NEEDS.  You may add multiple things.  The expectation from "blessers" is that they will provide one item from each category, so please indicate if an item is preferred.

Parents of Teens: As I'm sure you know, shopping for teens is hard.  Rather than try to guess what specifically a teen may like, we have put together some different options (depending on how many sign up) for ways we can bless our adolescent kids.  If you indicated you have a teen, you do not need to fill anything else out and can submit your form.
